In a totally interactive experience, our work for the National Geographic Channel lets users dive deeper into their new show: “THE 80’S, THE DECADE THAT MADE US. Love them or hate them, the 80’s made a huge cultural impact. Pop art, hair metal, cold war antics, Colombian dancing dust, TV shows with talking cars and people wearing genuine cowboy hats; there were so many milestones and many of them still effect how we see the world today. 

Housed in a super-modern space-like environment, an HTML5 experience allowed people to reabsorb an era through in-depth write ups, pop culture tidbits, archival videos and the ability to vote up or vote down some of those moments that had us all searching for answers. The site augmented the three-day, six-part miniseries that aired on NAT GEO.
